Accommodation Booking Rules!!!

• Booking Timeframe: Accommodation booking will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow the College's latest announcement for the opening date and time.
• Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation.
• Single Booking Policy: Each student is permitted to book accommodation only once per academic term. Duplicate bookings may be flagged and cancelled.
• Bed Space Allocation: Bed spaces are allocated based on availability.
• First-Come, First-Serve Basis: Accommodation allocation operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, retain your confirmation and check your email for reservation details.
• Fair Use: Book accommodation responsibly. Misuse or attempted resale may result in penalties or restrictions on future bookings.
• Communication: Check your college email regularly for accommodation updates.
