Accommodation Booking Rules!!!
- Booking Timeframe: Accommodation booking opens at 3rd February, 2025 05:00pm. Bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the booking.
- Single Booking Policy: Each student is permitted to book accommodation only once per academic term. Duplicate bookings will be automatically flagged and cancelled.
- Bed Space Allocation: Bed spaces are allocated based on the availability of resources.
- First-Come, First-Serve Basis: Accommodation allocation operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who complete their bookings and payments earliest will have priority in securing their preferred accommodation options.
- Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your accommodation reservation. Please retain this confirmation for reference.
- Fair Use: Please book accommodation responsibly and considerately. Booking accommodation unnecessarily or with the intention of reselling may result in penalties or restrictions on future bookings.
- Communication: Keep an eye on your college email for updates and communications regarding your accommodation booking. Any important announcements or changes to the booking process will be communicated via email.
